Dedicated to the motorcycle enthusiast, no matter what he or she rides.

“Cycle World is dedicated to the motorcycle enthusiast, no matter what he rides… Cycle World’s first love is motorcycles, and always will be, whether they are on highways, tracks, tearing across some unsettled expanse, or being used for everyday transportation.” Joe Parkhurst, Cycle World Magazine Founding Publisher.

Company Overview

The most trusted source for motorcycle information available.

Joe Parkhurst started Cycle World in 1962. All he wanted was a magazine that offered good, intelligent information on all of motorcycling. Problem was that the magazines of the day often catered more to their advertisers than their readers. Faced with no other solution, Joe hocked all he owned and started his own magazine, Cycle World.

In the more than 50 years since Joe’s first issue, we have ridden and reported on every single significant motorcycle manufactured, giving readers information they can trust and a perspective on what each machine does well…and not so well. Since the start, Cycle World has delivered straight, honest reporting. Cycle World is available online, through digital and traditional subscriptions, on newsstands and at the best motorcycle dealerships around.
